🌿 Massage Therapy Booking & Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and the best possible service for all clients, please take a moment to read the booking and cancellation policy below.

💆‍♀️ Booking Fee
A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

💚 Booking Fee Terms
The £10 booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
You may transfer your booking fee once if at least 7 days’ notice is given.
The new appointment date must be within 4 weeks of the original booking.
If less than 7 days’ notice is given, or the new appointment is beyond 4 weeks, the booking fee will be forfeited.

💫 Emergency or Severe Illness Exception
In the event of a genuine emergency or severe illness, you will only lose your booking fee, provided you rebook your appointment within 7 days of the original date.

⏰ Cancellations & Late Notice
Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the total treatment cost will be charged.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: The full treatment cost will be charged.

🌸 If I Need to Cancel
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be fully refunded or transferred to a new date that suits you.
